Change, Transformation & Risk Advisory

Service Description

Transformation initiatives create challenges across strategy, technology, processes, people and organizational behavior. At the same time, leaders must make decisions in environments characterized by uncertainty, competing priorities and interconnected risks. This advisory service helps organizations and leaders examine the management challenges associated with transformation, organizational change and risk. The engagement can cover transformation planning, change readiness, stakeholder alignment, organizational adoption, risk identification and assessment, issue management, governance, decision-making and the management of dependencies across complex initiatives. The service recognizes that risk management is not simply a compliance or reporting activity. Effective risk management helps leaders anticipate uncertainty, understand potential consequences, evaluate alternatives and make better-informed decisions. Similarly, successful transformation requires more than implementing new technology or processes. Sustainable change requires alignment among leadership, people, processes, technology and organizational objectives. Drawing on extensive experience in consulting, technology, industry and management education, the advisory approach combines strategic thinking with practical execution perspectives. The service can be tailored for organizations undertaking transformation initiatives as well as individual leaders seeking an independent perspective on complex change, risk or decision-making challenges. The objective is to help clients identify critical issues earlier, improve alignment, strengthen decision-making and increase the likelihood of achieving sustainable transformation outcomes.
